To get the most out of coaching, plan on at least a three-month commitment. Meetings can be weekly or bi-weekly, whichever fits your schedule. Each session will be 50 minutes. Together, we will set the terms of the commitment to fit your individual goals and plans.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of the type of coaching you need. We can get a bit more acquainted to see if my coaching style is a good fit for you.
